Decree 302/2021 dated May 7, 2021, published on May 8, 2021 and effective as from the day following its publication, exempted from export duties exports of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on goods included in the tariff positions of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM) detailed in the annex to the regulation, as long as the annual FOB value of such goods does not exceed the ceiling of US$500 thousand inclusive.
