By decree 302/2021 of May 7, 2021, published on May 8, 2021 and effective the day following its publication, export duties were deducted for exports of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on goods included in the tariff positions of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM) detailed in the annex to the standard, as long as the annual FOB value of the same does not exceed the ceiling of $500,000 inclusive.
