On May 13, Provision No. 1/2026 of the National Cybersecurity Center (CNC) was published, approving the new “Technical Regulation for the Preparation and Implementation of Contingency Plan Policies, Contingency Plans and Backup Data Processing Centers” applicable to National Public Sector agencies.
