On May 8, 21 Decree 301/21 was published in the Official Gazette of the Nation, which established that, from August 1, 21st, the Tax on Credits and Debits in Bank Accounts and Other Operations (the "Tax") will be applied to the movements of funds in payment accounts of payment service providers ("PSP") and to companies dedicated to the electronic service of payments and / or collections by account and order of third parties.
