We inform you that, today and within the framework of the process “General Confederation of Labor of the Argentine Republic v. National State s/ Declaratory Action”, File No. 10308/2026, which is being processed before the National Labor Justice, a precautionary measure was issued by which the application of 80 articles of the Labor Modernization Law No. 27,802 was provisionally suspended.
