On 8/1/26, UIF Resolution No. 3/2026 was published, which imposes new obligations on Obligated Entities under Law No. 25,246 (Law on Concealment and Laundering of Assets of Criminal Origin) and its amendments, in accordance with the international standards established by the FATF.
