On 08/07/2025, the Plenary of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) formed a majority of votes to reject the inclusion of companies from the same economic group in the passive pole of the litigation in the labor enforcement phase, if they did not participate in the knowledge phase of the process that resulted in the conviction.
