The National Securities Commission created a special regime for Open Mutual Funds whose special purpose is constituted by national public debt securities, acquired in primary placement, with a maturity of less than or equal to 1 year. MORE.

On 12/8/21, Decree of Necessity and Urgency 512/21 was published in the Official Gazette of the Nation creating the Zero Rate Credit Program 2021 with the purpose of assisting workers adhered to the Simplified Regime for Small Taxpayers ("RS"), to accompany the productive recovery process (the "Program").
