During the 260th Ordinary Judgment Session (“SOJ”), in February 2026, the Court of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (“CADE”) dismissed, without judgment on the merits, the case that analyzed the potential acquisition of a company that manages bus ticketing software by a road passenger transport company.
